Personal practice

breathe - move - rest

This is a physical practice for you to do, by yourself, with check-ins with me to help keep your practice right for you.

     

My practice was given to me, from my yoga teacher Mark Whitwell, through the lineage of T.Krishnamacharya.

This practice of simply moving the body with the breath is a direct way to participate in the indwelling wholeness and inter-connectivity of your own being. It is easily done - and adaptable to any health condition, age, ability, body type, and lifestyle.

I personally find it such a relief, every time, to participate with my breath, my body - to have a way to consciously give myself the space and time to let myself fully inhale and receive - fully exhale and let go - and fully rest in stillness.
